 Electrical signal detection circuit design and production

 

In this paper, the ECG signals of the human body are collected through three leads, followed by pre-amplification, high-pass filtering, 50HZ notch, main amplification and low-pass filter circuits to obtain the ECG that can be clearly displayed on the oscilloscope. Among them, the first stage preamplifier is a very large CMRR differential amplifier, where the use of instrumentation amplifier AD620, a fixed magnification of the circuit 10; the second stage is the second-order active high-pass filter circuit, the design of the deadline Frequency of 0.05Hz; the third stage is 50hz trap circuit, which can effectively remove 50HZ frequency interference; the fourth level is the main amplification, magnification of 100 times, using TL084; the fifth level for the low-pass filter circuit, The cut-off frequency of the design is 100Hz. The circuit has high input impedance, high common mode rejection ratio, low noise, low temperature drift and high signal to noise ratio and other characteristics, to meet the requirements of ECG acquisition devices, the circuit is simple and reliable, feasible.
